    US-based fast food chain Wendy's have agreed a deal on a site in Reading for their first UK site, which signals the start of their UK expansion.

    They have opted for a highly prominent unit on the corner of Station Road and will now undertake works the transform the former Nationwide site into an exciting new restaurant site, with the intention of opening in early 2021.

    Acting on behalf of the Landlord, an institutional pension fund, Robinson Webster have successfully agreed to re-gear the Byron Burger lease in order to extend their stay in Leeds.

    Philippines fast food chicken giant Jollibee continue to press ahead with their UK expansion with the acquisition of a new site on Briggate, Leeds.
