The Ivy Collection, owned by Richard Caring, have agreed a deal in Chichester to take the former Topshop on East Street. The unit comprises of over 7,000 sq ft on the ground floor with additional space at first floor level. The site is extremely prominent and the arrival of The Ivy is a huge upgrade to the F&B provision in Chichester.

PRIME W1 RENT REVIEW SETTLED WITH STRATSTONE
Acting on behalf of the Landlord, we have recently agreed and settled the rent review of the Stratstone Land Rover showroom at 14 Berkeley Street, W1.
We were able to negotiate an uplift on the previous passing rent, in keeping with the property’s prime Mayfair location, and the Tenant is currently undertaking an extensive refurbishment of the premises.

British chocolatier Hotel Chocolat have opened their new site on Exeter High Street. Formerly occupied by Card Market, the unit is arranged over ground and first floors and will stock their vast array of confectionary. The store will also incorporate their cafe, allowing customers to sit down and enjoy a range of hot drinks.
