Ian is one of the co-founding directors of Robinson Webster having spent the last six years at CBRE in London. He has worked in retail property for in excess of ten years advising retailers, landlords and investors on strategy across the UK.
Whether it’s in Newcastle, Leeds or London, Ian has an outstanding knowledge of the major UK retail markets. Blending his experience acting for both retailers and landlords, Ian is able to provide balanced and commercial advice which results in exceptional results for his clients. From Leeds, Ian now lives in South East London with his wife and young son.
Adam is a founding director of Robinson Webster having spent two decades in the capital working at the forefront of the retail property market, first with Harper Dennis Hobbs and then as an equity partner at Jackson Criss.
He has been involved with some of the most significant UK retail transactions in recent years, and continues to advise many of the best known owners in the country across their portfolios. Originating from Northumberland he lives in Surrey with his family.
Chris is a Director at Robinson Webster with over ten years’ experience in the retail property market having spent the previous seven years with CBRE. He is a lease consultancy specialist dealing with rent reviews, lease renewals, re-gear negotiations and expert witness work.
Working in tandem with the agency team at Robinson Webster, Chris’s in-depth understanding of the major UK retail markets and intricacies of the lease consultancy field provide Robinson Webster’s clients with the full spectrum of retail advice.
Joe joined Robinson Webster in October 2017 after spending two years in the High Street Retail team at CBRE in London. He has a background rooted in retail and has been advising investors and occupiers across the breadth of the UK for five years.
His keen interest in consumer behaviour and retail trends has allowed Joe to develop a comprehensive understanding of the ever changing retail market, resulting in clear, evidence based advice for his clients.
Liam joined Robinson Webster in November 2018 having spent three years at Jackson Criss working in the High Street and Shopping Centre teams. He advises a wide range of private and institutional Landlord clients throughout the UK providing him with a strong grasp of the UK's top retail markets.
Whilst only at the start of his career, Liam has built an enviable track record of getting deals done in all types of different of retail markets. Originally from Blackburn, Liam now lives in East London.

Popular independent wine merchants Lea & Sandeman have agreed a deal on a new site on Fulham Road, Parsons Green. They first opened their doors on Fulham Road in 1988 and the new site will take them to 5 in total, with further stores located in Barnes, Chiswick and Kensington. Having won numerous awards over the years and amassing a strong local following along the way, they will no doubt be 'toasting' the success of their site in the near future.

French cosmetics giants L'Occitane En Provence have committed to Newcastle by signing a long term lease on Grainger Street. They occupy a prominent corner location with a fully glazed frontage enabling them to showcase their exciting range of skincare, bath & hair products.

LONDON SW11 - CLAPHAM - 78 ST JOHN'S ROAD
ICE TO SEE YOU, AMORINO!
Gourmet gelato operator Amorino have further expanded their London portfolio with the acquisition of 78 St John's Road, Clapham Junction, London SW11. The new site, which will be their 14th in London, is due to open this summer and is the latest in a string of new lettings on the street.

JOE AND THE JUICE ARRIVE IN CLAPHAM
International juice bar and coffee shop operator Joe & The Juice have opened their new store in Clapham Junction.
The site, formerly occupied by Starbucks, is situated on the vibrant Northcote Road adjacent to All Bar One. The chain was founded in 2002 and now have over 50 sites in the UK.

PURE GYM EXPANSION CONTINUES WITH FULHAM ACQUISITION
Robinson Webster are delighted to complete a deal with national gym operator, Pure Gym, on the former Marks & Spencer site in Fulham Broadway.
The unit occupies a prominent corner location on Jerdan Place and comprises approximately 14,000 sq ft over two floors. Pure Gym have signed a long term lease on the site as part of their London expansive programme and will begin their fit out imminently.

BEVERLEY - 33-35 TOLL GAVEL
DOUBLE DEAL COMPLETED IN BEVERLEY
Robinson Webster are delighted to complete two deals on Toll Gavel, Beverley, on behalf of a well-regarded UK Pension Fund.
The letting to Hays Travel completed last month and the tenant is now open and trading at 33 Toll Gavel.
They will be joined by Brook Taverner, experts in Men's formal wear and tailoring, following completion of the letting at 35 Toll Gavel. They are due to open in May, adding to an exciting mix of national and independent retailers already situated on Toll Gavel.

Floatworks, an exciting addition to the growing UK health and wellbeing market, are due to open their second site on Essex Road, Islington.

EASYHOTEL SIGN UP FOR SUMMERTOWN SCHEME
Popular budget hotel operator easyHotel have agreed to take a site on Banbury Road in the affluent Oxford suburb of Summertown. They will occupy the first second and third floors, with work beginning on site in April 2019 prior to completion in Q4 2020.
The development also includes 4 commercial units at ground floor level, two of which have been pre-let to national occupiers, with the remaining units to be marketed closer to completion.

Robinson Webster have successfully negotiated and completed two rent reviews in Leeds City Centre on behalf of a UK Property Company.
The tenants, Be At One and Subway, are both situated within The Bourse mixed-use ownership on Boar Lane in close proximity to both Leeds Railway Station and Leeds Trinity Shopping Centre.
Both reviews resulted in a rental uplift and a positive resolution for our client.
